DINAN
Dinan is a walled Breton town and a commune in the Côtes-d'Armor department in northwestern France
Enclosed by nearly three kilometres of ramparts, the town of Dinan and its 14th-century castle proudly overlook the Rance river. Below, the small marina is the starting point for some lovely walks along the estuary, while above, corbelled houses complete the tour of this town with medieval charm.
PONTRIEUX:
Pontrieux is a town and commune in the Côtes-d'Armor department of Brittany in northwestern France.
Huddled around its two squares, the “Little Town of Character” of Pontrieux extends towards the marina, inviting you to set sail to Bréhat, Jersey or Guernsey. With its viaduct and two bridges, the town is ideal for strolling around in the daytime and night-time, thanks to a surprising trail of light that allows you to discover the wash houses, the half-timbered houses and stone houses, an 18th-century fountain and a 16th-century house nicknamed the “Tour Eiffel”.
MONT ST MICHEL
Mont-Saint-Michel is a tidal island and mainland commune in Normandy, France.
Mont-Saint-Michel and it's surrounding bay were inscribed on the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites in 1979 for its unique aesthetic and importance as a medieval Christian site. It is visited by more than 3 million people each year. Over 60 buildings within the commune are protected in France as historical monuments.
HONFLEUR:
Honfleur is a commune in the Calvados department in northwestern France. It is located on the southern bank of the estuary of the Seine across from Le Havre and very close to the exit of the Pont De Normandie. The people that inhabit Honfleur are called Honfleurais.
It is especially known for its old port, characterized by its houses with slate-covered frontages, painted frequently by artists.
DEAUVILLE:
Deauville is a commune in the Calvados departement in the Normandy region in northwestern France. Major attractions include its harbour, race course, marinas, conference centre, villas, Grand Casino, and sumptuous hotels. Deauville is regarded as the "queen of the Norman beaches" and one of the most prestigious seaside resorts in all of France. As the closest seaside resort to Paris, the city and its region of the Cote Fleurie (Flowery Coast) has long been home to French high society's seaside houses and is often referred to as the Parisian riviera.
