DAY 1

Arrival to Zagreb airport. Transfer to the hotel. In late afternoon, Zagreb sightseeing tour with local guide (duration; approx. 2 hrs) Zagreb grew up on two neighbouring hills: Kaptol - the centre of spiritual and religious life of north-western Croatia and Gradec - the commercial centre of skilful tradesmen and craftsmen. Visit the Upper Town with its Gothic Cathedral, the beautiful and ornate St. Catherine’s church or the massive St. Mark’s church with its famous colour-tiled roof. Continue to the medieval Stone Gate and “Dolac”, the open-air market which are a must for all visitors. Overnight at the hotel in Zagreb area

 

 

DAY 2

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from Zagreb to National Park Plitvice lakes (duration approx. 2 hrs) Free time for the visit of Plitvice National Park - entrance fee included (duration; approx. 2,5 hrs) Plitvice National Park is one of the most beautiful and best[1]preserved national parks in the country. This is why the entire lakes and surrounding area were declared a national park in 1949 and are listed on the UNESCO`s list of World Heritage Sites because of its exceptional beauty. it is a valley situated between high forested mountains in which lie, one below another, a string of sixteen beautiful lakes of crystal blue and green waters. Fed by small streams and brooks, they spill into each other in 92 foaming cascades and thundering waterfalls. Transfer continues to Split. Overnight at the hotel in Split area.

 

 

DAY 3

Breakfast at the hotel. Split sightseeing tour with local guide (duration approx. 2 hrs) The old town of Split is built on and around the spectacular Roman Palace erected by the Roman Emperor Diocletian (born in Salona – today’s Solin) in the 4th century. The walking tour starts with a visit to the cellars of the Palace that are still very well preserved. The cellars offer a good view at how the life in the Palace was organized. Other sites such as the Golden Gate, the Silver Gate, the Peristyle Square etc. will be seen from the outside. Transfer to Split port. Embark local catamaran/ferry to Island Hvar. Overnight at the hotel in Hvar area.

 

 

DAY 4

Breakfast at the hotel. OPTIONAL: Blue and Green Cave excursion (duration approx. 8 hrs) - SIC This unique day on the sea starts with the majestic Green and Blue caves and includes Vis and the Pakleni islands! We’ll begin by cruising between Hvar and the islets of Ravnik and Biševo. First we will visit the Green Cave where we will get a chance to swim inside and enjoy the emerald light show!. Then we’ll discover a picturesque hidden inlet called Stiniva, where you can enjoy a delicious swim or just relax and sun bathe. After Stiniva, it’s off to experience the world-renowned Blue Cave, whose ethereal silvery-blue color is created by the sun as it bathes the inside of the cave through an opening in the roof and is reflected back by the sandy surface below. Widely regarded as one of the world’s most beautiful natural phenomena, this cave is a must-see. Our trip continues to the legendary island of Vis and the authentic fishing village of Komiža. We will have an hour of free time to explore this charming seaside hamlet before we take off to enjoy the Paklinski Islands. We’ll stop at one of the archipelago’s most popular bays, Vinogradišce at Palmižana, where you can have a seaside lunch at some of the best restaurants in the Adriatic! Overnight at the hotel in Hvar area.

 

 

DAY 5

Breakfast at the hotel. Embark local catamaran/ferry to Island Korčula. Korčula town sightseeing tour with local guide (duration approx. 1 hrs): Korčula town is considered the birthplace of Marco Polo. Experience the narrow streets, churches and palaces in one of the best-preserved Medieval towns in the Mediterranean. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Korčula area.

 

 

DAY 6

Breakfast at the hotel. Embark local catamaran to Dubrovnik. Upon arrival at Dubrovnik Port, transfer to the hotel in Dubrovnik area. In the afternoon, Dubrovnik sightseeing with local guide (duration approx. 2 hrs) «.... those who seek paradise on Earth should come to Dubrovnik» (George Bernard Shaw). This tour will reveal the finest sites of the old walled City. Our guide will lead you through the narrow streets of the Old Town introducing you to the history and culture of this magnificent city. Most important buildings will be viewed along the way. Rest of the day at leisure. Suggestion: visit Lokrum island Overnight at the hotel in Dubrovnik area.

 

 

DAY 7

Breakfast at the hotel. OPTIONAL: Three islands cruise - Elaphite islands (duration approx. 8 hrs) - SIC Just like the streets of Dubrovnik were not built to be seen by carriage but by foot it is certain that the best views of the Dubrovnik region are from the sea. The historical Galleon is certainly the best stage for such scenery. During this cruise you will see the three most beautiful islands of the Dubrovnik archipelago – Koločep. Lopud and Šipan commonly known as the Elaphiti islands. The old legend of the islands is hidden in its name-about the old Greeks hunting for deer and subsequently naming the islands the Deer islands. Green islands, with gardens full of oranges and lemons and lovely seashore landscapes, charming and picturesque villages with harmonious architecture of summer manors; old seaman´s houses and little votive churches. Visit all the three Elaphiti islands and enjoy your lunch of grilled fish and wine while being entertained by our local musicians. Overnight at the hotel in Dubrovnik area.

 

 

DAY 8

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from the hotel to the Dubrovnik airport. End of our services.
